About The Staff

Carl F. Lidstrom, President of Professional Risk Management, Inc.,
brings his years of experience in insurance and risk management to work
for his clients. He has provided risk management services to
corporations, school districts, and municipalities throughout the Upper
Midwest.
Mr. Lidstrom has earned designations as a
Chartered Property Casualty
Underwriter (CPCU),
an
Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
and a
Certified Insurance
Counselor (CIC).
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moorhead State University
with majors in finance and business administration.
Mr. Lidstrom maintains membership in and currently serves as the President of the Society of Risk Management
Consultants, a professional organization that encourages ethical
conduct, competence, and independence among risk management
consultants. Mr. Lidstrom is a member of The CPCU Society and a past President of the Minnesota Chapter of CPCU. Mr. Lidstrom has served as a class
leader for the CPCU program and has also been a class leader for the
ARM program. Mr. Lidstrom served on the advisory board with the
Minnesota Center for
Integrated Risk and Insurance Research at the Carlson School of
Management
at the University of Minnesota durning the time the Center was active. He is a guest lecturer at the Carlson School’s risk management and insurnace program.
