What can I expect to pay for the services of an Independent Risk Management
Consultant?
Fees will vary by the scope of the project.
Hourly rates for professional services can range from $205 per hour to in
excess of $400 per hour depending upon the nature of work. Under an hourly
billing arrangement the client is always in control. The work assignment
comes from the client, not from the consultant.
Some clients prefer a flat monthly fee to an hourly charge. Those clients
are generally ones who desire continuous consulting services and have a more
predictable level of monthly services.
Sometimes fees are offered on a project basis. When a project’s scope of
services can be clearly defined, then a fee can be offered on a project basis.
There are additional costs for items such as long-distance telephone
charges, shipping, copying, printing, travel, and lodging. These items are
all billed at cost.
Before any work begins, the best fee arrangement for each assignment
will be worked out. We understand that value must be delivered for a
client to be happy.
